A longfill is a bottle that comes part-filled with flavour concentrate, and you fill the rest yourself.

Close the bottle, shake it well, and it’s ready. When you add a longfill to your cart, you can pick the matching shot (and the VG for a 120ml) in the same step, or choose “No thanks” if you already have them.

Mixing a 30ml or 60ml longfill
- Open the longfill. It is half full: 15ml of concentrate in a 30ml bottle, or 30ml in a 60ml bottle.
- Add the whole nicotine shot: a 15ml shot for the 30ml bottle, or a 30ml shot for the 60ml bottle. For 0mg (zero nicotine), add the same amount of VG instead: 15ml for a 30ml bottle, 30ml for a 60ml bottle.
- Close the bottle and shake it well.

Zero nicotineUse VG instead of the shot. An 80ml bottle (R25) fills five 30ml longfills or two 60ml longfills.

Mixing a 120ml longfill
- Open the longfill. It holds 30ml of concentrate in a 120ml bottle.
- Add one 10ml nicotine shot. For 0mg (zero nicotine), add a 10ml 0mg PG shot (R20) instead.
- Top up with 80ml of VG. The 80ml bottle (R25) is exactly one refill; the 500ml bottle (R50) is enough for six.
- Close the bottle and shake it well.

Example: 120mlTiki Milk Passion Fruit Paradise 120ml (R200), plus a 72mg shot (R45) and 80ml VG (R25), makes 120ml at 6mg: R270 in total.
How the strength works out
Finished strength = shot strength × shot size ÷ bottle size
- 30ml longfill with a 15ml 40mg shot: 40 × 15 ÷ 30 = 20mg
- 60ml longfill with a 30ml 70mg shot: 70 × 30 ÷ 60 = 35mg
- 120ml longfill with a 10ml 36mg shot: 36 × 10 ÷ 120 = 3mg
That is why the shot’s label shows a higher number than the bottle you end up with. Our shot names show both, for example “40mg (makes 20mg)”.
Quick answers
Is nicotine included in a longfill?
No. The bottle holds flavour concentrate only. Shots and VG are sold separately, and you can add them in the same step as the longfill.
Can I mix a longfill without nicotine?
Yes. Choose “No thanks” for the nicotine. For a 30ml or 60ml longfill, use the same amount of VG instead of the shot (15ml or 30ml). For a 120ml, finish it with a 10ml 0mg PG shot instead of the nicotine shot, plus the usual 80ml of VG.
