Shipping and payment

Every way we can get your order to you, what each one costs, and how to pay.

You must be over the age of 18 to place an order with us. The person accepting the delivery must also be over 18 years old. Please note that the courier may request to see your ID, so ensure you have it on hand when accepting the delivery.
Change in EFT policy. Due to a recent surge in fraudulent proof of payments, we will no longer ship orders until the funds have cleared in our account. If you are not paying from an FNB account and require your goods urgently, please use the credit card facility or select the 'pay and clear now' option with your bank.
Free delivery. Any order over R1000 qualifies for free delivery with PUDO.
Processing times. Orders placed after 12 PM on weekdays might only be processed the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday morning. Once processed, you will receive your tracking number via email.

    Any order for local same day delivery must be finalised by 9 AM to qualify for same-day delivery. We use The Courier Guy for local deliveries, with delivery to your door for R120. For delivery costs to outlying areas around Cape Town, please contact us via email at [email protected] or phone at 043 555 3333 (option 3).

    If you are leaving the delivery premises before 5 PM, please make a note of this in the order notes so we can inform the courier. Please note that we cannot guarantee same-day delivery before 4 PM. Although our courier company will try their best to get it to you ASAP, some addresses fall into the later delivery route, and they cannot get there before 4 PM. Should they miss you before 4 PM, your delivery will be delivered to you the next morning.

    Major centres include Johannesburg, Durban, Bloemfontein, George, Port Elizabeth, East London and Pretoria. Any order for overnight courier must be finalised by 12 PM to qualify for overnight delivery. We use The Courier Guy for major centre overnight courier services (next business day). This is a door-to-door service.

    Please note that due to limited flights, deliveries to Durban now take 2 business days instead of overnight.

  • Courier to non-major centres

    Orders must be finalised by 12 PM to be shipped the same day. We use The Courier Guy as our courier for non-major centres. This is a door-to-door service. Deliveries to low-traffic or outlying areas may take up to 4 working days.

  • PUDO, to door or locker

    • Locker collection needs a PIN

    PUDO is a slower, more cost-effective solution. Orders placed before 2 PM will be sent out the following business day. Delivery is estimated to take 3-5 business days. For collection from a locker, you will need to enter a PIN, which will be provided to you, in order to retrieve your package.

Payment options

We accept the following payment methods:

EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

Upon checkout, our banking details will be provided to you if you select EFT. Please use your order number (emailed to you) as the reference for your payment and email proof of payment to [email protected]. Your order will only be finalised upon receipt of your funds.

Credit or debit card

We make use of Bob Pay to handle our credit card and debit card transactions.

Quick answers

Do you deliver outside Cape Town?
Yes, we ship all around South Africa. Major centres go overnight with The Courier Guy, and everywhere else is covered by the non-major centres courier service or PUDO.
How do I track my parcel?
Once we have packed your order you will receive your tracking number via email.
Can I pay with my card?
Yes. Select the card payment option when checking out and you can use either a debit or credit card.
Can I pay the driver when the parcel arrives?
Unfortunately not. The drivers are with the courier company and don't accept payments. You can pay with your card at checkout instead.
