Making vaping simple, affordable and enjoyable
We are a family run business with an excellent team of staff that have more than 70 years of experience in the industry. We know what you need and what works best and we are here to help you find it.
Our beginnings
- 2014
We made the switch
Juicy Joes was started in 2014 when we realised that there was a successful and effective way to quit smoking. After trying to quit smoking for many years, we made the switch to vaping and saw how easy it was to switch to a healthier alternative. We started this online store not long after so we could assist those that wanted to make the switch as well.
- 2016
The first shop, at our house
In 2016 we opened our first shop, at our house, and the business took off from there.
- Today
Two stores and country-wide shipping
We now have 2 physical stores in Cape Town, South Africa and the online commerce site that ships country-wide.
People who know their stuff
We have an amazing team of professionals that all have a passion for vaping and helping customers to get the best out of their vaping journey. Their years of experience means you get the best, honest and up to date advice.
Local first, and plenty of it
With a focus on supporting local manufacturers #proudlySouthAfrican, we stock a wide range of products. If you are a new vaper or seasoned pro, we have exactly what you need. If we don't have it, ask us and we'll try to source it for you.
Ranked by our customers
We are ranked, by our customers, as one of the best vape stores in the country. Our Google and Facebook reviews are very close to 5 out of 5 from more than 1000 reviews and that is because we take customer service to the next level.
Give us a try, you won't be disappointed.
In their own words
This is our go to vape store and has been for years. Juicy joes honestly care for their clients, we are like one massive vape family and they go out of their way to assist you with anything you might need. Even if they don't have the item you are looking for they will make work of it to help you source it.
We have been loyal customers at Juicy Joes for almost 5 years now and I would never change over to any other store. They have a large variety of vape juices, mods, tanks and other items all under one roof. The staff is always happy to help and the whatsapp group is amazing for getting advice or just having a good chat.
I would HIGHLY recommend Juicy Joes to anyone! Keep up the good work guys!!
Extremely impressive service! place an order yesterday and got my delivery this morning in JNB! 🙂 ordered a small item, it was so well packaged and nicely presented. Love the little tin <3. Going forward all my Vape orders will be via Juicy Joes even though I am in JNB. Keep it up!
The service is out of this world. Second time ordering and both same day delivery! I would without a doubt recommend!
This is not your conventional vape shop. The staff is amazing & always treats you like a VIP. All of the experience & knowledge is just a question away. They have such a wide range of products it's endless to look at. It's got such a comfy vibe. From humble beginnings Juicy Joes has been the only Vape store I go to. I bought my first mod at the first shop & have not looked back from there. The prices & quality of merchandise is the best. I can't recommend another shop to go to as JJ's is the name of vaping. It's not just a shopping spree, it's a experience worth every second & cent.
Juicy Joes = Vaping + Family + Caring
My journey with Juicy Joes started a good few years when there was no shop only a house and Shane was the man. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable and never said no to service even if it was after hours. And to be honest it just got better. This is service that can be marked as phenomenal as I've visited many Vape shops and nothing compares.
Such a superbly friendly team. You walk in the store and they'll help you with your decisions with regards to what juice would suit you, what products are best and they'll even help you with set up. All around a great experience. I always leave the store in a good mood.
Absolute best vape shop in Cape Town – been buying from them for years. Ample stock of both juice and hardware, these guys will sort you out chop chop!
Great, fast service. The best selection I have come across, I always find what I am looking for and by far the fastest and friendliest service I have received from an online shop
Awesome service and the best after sales service.
I had a question about the device that I had purchased, sent a mail and Shane replied to my question and even gave me a call, I can strongly recommend them to anyone
If we don't have it, ask us
We'll try to source it for you. Two stores in Cape Town, and an online store that ships country-wide.
